The Bible is the inspired Word of God. It gives a true history of the creation of the earth and of mankind. There is only one God: the Creator of the heavens and the earth, and of all mankind. That this one God is Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Ghost in regeneration and activity. He is the First and the Last and beside Him there is no God. Salvation consists of deliverance from sin through the blood of Jesus Christ. This is accomplished through repentance from sin, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and receiving the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance. This is called the New Birth (John 3:5 and Acts 2:38); and continuing in the apostles' doctrine with a holy and consistent life. |

Jesus makes two bold and declarative statements. One found in Luke 19:10 "For the son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost". Also in Acts 1:8 "But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you; and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria and unto the uttermost part of the earth." So then, our mandate for the city of Tampa is simply to reach this city with bible salvation as was preached by the Apostles and the First Century Church. |
Foundation 09/13/1992 New Lifes first services were held on the USF Campus with no more than a handfull of faithful saints.Our Thirteenth Anniversary service was just celebrated with a joyful noise. Our attendance has grown to an average of over 1200 souls in service on any given Sunday. |
